Milia Barrett, MBA, is currently a Sr. Manager of Wholesale Planning at Spanx, having previously served as a Supply Chain Sr. Analyst and Manager at Scott's Miracle Gro from 2021 to 2024. They began their career as an Inventory Planning & Replenishment Analyst at The Home Depot from 2018 to 2021 and completed an internship as a Subcontracts Administrator at Northrop Grumman in 2017. Milia obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas Christian University in 2018 and is pursuing advanced studies in the BNSF Neeley Leadership Program. They are also working toward a Master of Business Administration at Emory University's Goizueta Business School, expected to be completed in 2024.
