Mike Pieper is a Staff Machine Learning Engineer at Spara, specializing in Generative AI, Computer Vision, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning. With extensive experience leading end-to-end product development and AI infrastructure, Mike has previously worked in roles such as Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Rokt and LG Electronics, where they enhanced machine learning models and contributed to significant revenue growth. Mike earned two Master’s Degrees in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis, alongside a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from New York University. They have also advised graduate students and led innovative projects in various prestigious research settings.
