Critical materials are the backbone of electrification, but today’s supply chains are fragile, costly, and overwhelmingly dependent on overseas refining. At the same time, battery waste is the cleanest and richest domestic source of these materials, yet current recycling methods are too complex, polluting, and expensive to scale.

SPARC™ changes that. Our breakthrough platform eliminates the inefficiencies of conventional recycling and refining and converts battery waste directly into high-purity materials ready for reuse in new batteries. The result: lower cost, lower carbon, and a truly circular supply chain for the energy transition.

Our mission is to secure critical materials for the world’s energy future by unlocking the value of battery waste, reducing reliance on foreign supply, and powering the clean energy economy with sustainable, scalable solutions.
