Carly Robinson

Carly Robinson is currently a Senior Policy Fellow at SPARC, leading efforts to advance open research policies. With a PhD and MS in Atmospheric Chemistry from the University of Colorado at Boulder, they have a rich background as a product strategist, policy advisor, and community service provider. Carly has held various influential positions, including roles at the U.S. Department of Energy and NASA Ames Research Center, and served as the Student Body President at the University of Colorado, where they managed a significant budget and spearheaded initiatives on environmental sustainability.
