Gary Batesole

Head of Strategic Technical Initiatives at SparcStart

Gary Batesole has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1985. Gary began their career as Co-Founder & Co-Owner of One Source Micro Products, a business that grew to sell in excess of $15 million per year to corporate accounts and K-12 schools throughout Indiana. Gary then moved on to Electronic Strategies Inc. (ESI) in 2003, selling network services and all related hardware to mid-size and large corporate accounts, large medical practices and regional hospitals. In 2008, they became a Corporate Sales Representative for Hewlett-Packard, selling and marketing IT hardware, software, and professional services to The Boeing Company. Gary then worked as an Account Executive for Spectrum Technology Inc. in 2013, followed by their current role as Head of Strategic Technical Initiatives at SparcStart, an award-winning video platform designed for Talent Acquisition. In this role, they oversee the security, architecture and integrations of the SparcStart platform.

Gary Batesole attended Purdue University Krannert School of Management from 1973 to 1977, where they earned a BS in Management. Gary also received a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
