Romi Chugh has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Romi co-founded SpareIt in 2019, an integrated B2B platform for automotive aftermarket workshops. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2020, Romi served as the Founder & Principal Consultant of The Romi Guy, working with various clients across industries such as manufacturing, hospitality, automotive, non-profit, government, real estate, events, entertainment, healthcare, IT&ITES, FMCG, retail, and sports.

From 2014 to 2019, Romi held multiple roles at Zamstars Management Services (I) Pvt. Ltd., including Partner and Chief of Staff, where they were responsible for the company's P/L and business growth.

Romi also gained experience as the Head of Marketing for Nature Eco Ventures and its Group Companies at Allgreen Ecotech Pvt. Ltd. from 2011 to 2014. During this time, they focused on brand awareness and growth for the organization, which specializes in leveraging technology to mitigate energy shortages.

Prior to that, Romi held the position of Head of Marketing at Vittal Innovation City, where they enabled brand partnerships and drove brand awareness and growth through marketing, events, and PR.

Romi also served as the Head of Marketing at Proficio Business Solutions, where they created brand awareness and increased revenue. In addition, Romi worked as the Head of Marketing for Nature Eco Ventures and its Group Companies, responsible for increasing brand awareness and identifying potential investment opportunities.

Romi's work experience also includes a role at Cartridge Cafe, where they were responsible for growing the franchisee business opportunities, and a role at Valuepoint Knowledgeworks, where they were responsible for brand positioning and marketing.

Earlier in their career, Romi worked at 3i-Infotech as a Marketing Communications, Web technologies & Functional Consultant. Romi was involved in successfully implementing projects and working on marketing and branding for the company.

Throughout their career, Romi Chugh has gained expertise in areas such as return on marketing investment, marketing and communications strategy, creative and UI strategy, internal communications, user experience design, building and nurturing brands, growing startups, social media and digital marketing, and branding and design.

Romi Chugh has a strong educational background in the field of business and commerce. Romi first attended Bishop Cotton Boys' School from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained their ICSE degree with a focus on Business/Commerce, General. Romi then continued their education at St. Josephs Boys High School from 1989 to 1994, where they earned another ICSE degree in the same field.

After completing their schooling, Romi enrolled in St. Josephs College of Commerce from 1994 to 1999 to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) degree. During this time, they gained comprehensive knowledge in commerce-related subjects.

Additionally, Romi further enhanced their business skills by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in International Marketing and Personnel from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. This program lasted from 2000 to 2002.
