James Gow

James Gow currently serves as the VP and Head of Clinical Development at SparingVision, overseeing global phase I/II trials for inherited retinal diseases while acting as the internal medical monitor. Prior to this role, James held the position of Executive Medical Director for Clinical Development at Biogen, where leadership was provided for various global phase II and III clinical trials related to retinal diseases, alongside serving as the corporate subject matter expert in ophthalmology. James has also held senior roles at Aldeyra Therapeutics, Takeda, and Novartis, where responsibilities included leading diverse global clinical trials and overseeing medical safety and pharmacovigilance.
