Amy Webb is the founder and CEO of the Future Today Institute, a leading research and advisory firm that helps organizations understand complex technology trends and make better decisions about the future. Amy is also the co-founder of Spark Camp, an annual gathering of thinkers, doers and makers who care about the future.
Amy's work has appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, WIRED, Fast Company, Inc. Magazine, Slate Magazine, Nieman Reports and Harvard Nieman Lab. Amy is a contributing editor at Inc. Magazine and a columnist for Slate Magazine.
Amy Webb received their Bachelor of Science in Game Theory and Economics from Indiana University Bloomington. Amy then attended Columbia University in the City of New York, where they earned their MS in Journalism. After working in the journalism field for a number of years, they became a Nieman Fellow at Harvard University, where they studied Emerging Technologies and Media. Amy has also been a Visiting Fellow at the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and a Clarinet Performance Fellow at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music.
