We are a global market research agency with a team of behavioural psychologists and industry leaders. By combining the power of cutting-edge research techniques, scientific human behavioural understanding and market expertise, we help our clients grow and thrive. Using our unique Spark Emotional Wheel we have a way of quantifying emotion to understand how your consumers really feel in order to drive business growth.

Our pioneering approach to market research gives you an understanding of your customers' behaviour like never before. The team at Spark Emotions work alongside Bangor University and qualified thought leaders to stay ahead of the latest scientific developments. This approach allows us to utilise the latest research methodologies alongside our unique data algorithms and emotional measurement tool to get to the truth behind what consumers really think.

We strive to ensure we are always up to date on the latest academic research on the brain. The brain is very complex, with a number of cognitive biases that influence and drive behaviour. We combine the latest academic research with the latest technology to overcome the cognitive biases that make people behave as they do. Doing this allows us to truly understand how people are feeling, which gets us to the real, not claimed behaviour.

Please get in touch if you would like to learn more about how we can help you drive business growth.
