Aileen Chen

Aileen (Alagh) Chen is a seasoned professional in the field of programmatic media and strategic leadership, currently serving as VP of Precision at Spark Foundry since January 2024. Prior experience includes holding the title of Partner at Junction 37 and Associate Director of Programmatic at Spark Foundry. Aileen's background in media activation began with roles at Essence, Neo@Ogilvy, and DigitasLBi, progressing from Analyst to Senior Associate. In addition, Aileen has experience in mental health, having worked as a Counseling and Managed Care Coordinator Intern at Realization Center, where responsibilities included managing client care relationships and facilitating therapy sessions. Aileen's educational credentials include a Master's degree in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling and Clinical Psychology from The New School and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of Tulsa.
