Dan Richardson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies in the advertising and media industry. Dan is currently employed at Spark Foundry as the SVP of Client Management since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Mindshare from 2010 to 2022, where they held various roles including Managing Director, Sr Partner and Sr Partner, Managing Director of Invention+. At Mindshare, they led the planning and creative strategies for clients such as General Mills, Dyson, and Kimberly Clark. Additionally, they achieved notable successes, including winning a Cannes Gold Lion for a Cheerios campaign and an Effie for a Fiber One campaign. Before joining Mindshare, Dan worked at OMD/Prometheus as a Strategist from 2007 to 2010, where they served as a strategist for clients like Harris Bank and BMO Capital Markets. Dan started their career at GSD&M as an Assistant Media Buyer from 2006 to 2007 and interned at Edelman Public Relations Worldwide in 2003.
Dan Richardson received their Bachelor of Journalism degree in Advertising/Strategic Communications from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 2000 and 2004.
