David Hubert

David Hubert serves as the Senior Vice President of Analytics at Spark Foundry since March 2025, overseeing a comprehensive analytical portfolio for a major CPG client that includes Media Mix Modeling and data analytics. As the CEO and Founder of Saber Marketing Group, LLC since February 2020, David specializes in strategic marketing and advertising services for government and military organizations. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Measurement and Advanced Analytics at Blue Chip, where David established a measurement methodology for CPG shopper marketing, and Director of Digital Analytics at BrandMuscle, where new solutions in AI and machine learning were pioneered. David has a solid educational foundation with an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Northern Illinois University. Prior military service includes serving as a 19D Cavalry Scout in the US Army from 2003 to 2007.
