Kathy Dillon has a strong background in media and advertising, with extensive experience in executive leadership roles. Kathy began their career at Starcom MediaVest Group in 1996, where they worked for several years as an Assistant Media Director and later as a Media Director, overseeing strategic planning and managing large budgets for clients such as Kellogg's. Kathy then moved on to become the VP and later the SVP of Media Director, responsible for coordinating media plans and communication with clients and distributors for Miller. In 2010, Kathy joined Spark Foundry as an Executive Vice President and eventually became the President of the West Region, overseeing clients such as T-Mobile, Starbucks, and REI. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage teams and develop integrated communication plans.

Kathy Dillon attended the University of Notre Dame, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American/United States Studies/Civilization.
