Stephen Paez

Stephen Paez is an accomplished media executive with extensive experience in cultural investment, innovation, and strategic media planning. Currently serving as EVP of Cultural Investment and Innovation at Publicis Media since October 2022, Stephen has held various leadership roles at Spark Foundry since February 2013, progressing through titles such as EVP Director and SVP Director. Prior experience includes tenure at OMD USA, where Stephen launched the OMD Latino Chicago office and managed key accounts like McDonald’s, alongside roles at MGS Communication and MGS Communications, where achievements include significant revenue growth and successful media campaigns across diverse sectors. Stephen holds a degree in International Business and Marketing from Florida International University and completed a program in Digital Marketing Strategies at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management in 2020.
