If you have ever wondered about a successful leadership transition or a company with a highly motivated and empowered workforce, you might be well experiencing SPARK HR at work. Other times, during a focus group on work stress or an organizational survey on employees’ motivation, they interact directly with staff members. SPARK HR consultants always draw from scientific literature and the fields’ best practices, and adapt to clients’ realities.

SPARK HR partners and clients come from a broad variety of organizations and industries. Sometimes, SPARK HR consultants partner with large organizations in finance, energy, or in the public sector. Other times, they work with medium and small businesses in technology or construction. Wherever the size or the industry, SPARK HR consultants are committed to helping managers and HR professionals leverage the human factor.
