Amber Olson, M.Ed., currently serves as a Mentorship RBT at Spark Learning since August 2020, where responsibilities include training therapists in ABA strategies, supervising and observing BCBAs, creating individualized programs, and conducting initial assessments. Amber Olson has also contributed to writing treatment and behavior intervention plans while analyzing data for necessary adjustments. Previously, as a Registered Behavior Technician, experience involved working with individuals aged 2-19 on functional communication, behavior regulation, and social skills, along with parent training for ABA implementation. Before joining Spark Learning, Amber Olson worked as a Medical Scribe at PhysAssist Scribes, Inc., from May 2018 to June 2019, focusing on accurate patient charting and consultations. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Applied Behavior Analysis from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University.

Since 2012, we have been using a combination of professional expertise, compassionate care, and play in a natural learning environment to help children reach key milestones and form meaningful relationships. We provide ABA therapy, an Inclusive Preschool / Kindergarten, and Speech therapy in individual and group settings. In home, at our center, or virtually, our team of experienced therapists work to develop behavior regulation, communication, social, academic, language proficiency, self-help, and play skills. We understand that each child's needs are different, which is why all therapy is individualized. We welcome children of all ages with a wide variety of special needs including autism, Asperger's, ADHD, PDD, and other developmental delays. All services are led by highly motivated, experienced therapists with degrees in Education or Special Education.
