Pradeep Kumar is currently the DGM Projects for the Green Field Manufacturing Plant at Spark Minda, a position held since 2022. Prior to this, Pradeep served as the Head of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management for Minda Corporation Ltd from 2017 to 2022, and as Plant Manager at Jotwire India Pvt Ltd from 2015 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Pradeep was the Head of Production Planning and Control at UFI Filters India Pvt Ltd from 2010 to 2013, and held the role of Head of Manufacturing at Minda SAI Ltd from 2013 to 2015. Pradeep holds a diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the UP Board of Technical Education, completed between 1998 and 2000.
