Stephen Lin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence, product operations, and business development. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Intelligence & Insights at Sofar Sounds since June 2020, Stephen has previously held key leadership positions, including Senior Director of Product Operations at Bokun, where a significant shift to a scalable business model was achieved following an acquisition. An extensive tenure at SmarterTravel Media saw Stephen advance through various roles, ultimately reaching the Senior Director level in Business Operations and overseeing critical areas such as B2B & E-commerce Operations, Compliance, and Data Analytics. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from William & Mary, along with certifications in Web Design and Java from Boston University.
