During our careers in business and education we sat through some pretty awful learning experiences and participated in development programs that did not ‘move the needle’ on cultural change or business results. These efforts consumed people’s time and company resources without delivering. We knew there was a better way.

Our purpose in starting Spark Performance Solutions was to help small and medium-sized organizations achieve their goals by unleashing the knowledge, creativity, and energy of their staff through effective, engaging, yet cost-effective solutions to talent development. We treat your project like our project. Its not only our job, its our passion.

Regardless of what services you need from Spark Performance Solutions, we will always apply the following concepts:

*Develop a deep understanding of your needs, culture, and environment
*Collaborate with you to design an effective solution that ensures your objectives are met
*Execute your project through a US-based virtual team allowing us to maintain our cost competitiveness and ensure access to all the skill sets and capabilities you need
*Provide transparency during all phases of our relationship from our proposal to pricing to the execution of the project to the evaluation
*Leverage the most current talent development methods such as personalize learning, performance support, micro-learning, and gamification combined with human-centered design techniques to ensure your program is set up for success from the start
