We're experts in finding specialist IT talent for tech-led organisations.

Founded in 2009 and focused almost exclusively on the Sydney IT talent market, we are proud to be a specialist recruitment consultancy for Software Engineering and IT Leadership roles.

With an exclusive talent network of over 31,000 IT Professionals and longstanding partnerships with many of our clients, we're skilled at finding the right specialists for each unique opportunity. When you work with Spark you won't need to explain what you do, we're tech savvy and we get it.
Whether it's a permanent or a contract role, we're all about making sure that both the technical skills and cultural match is strong. Our focus is successful long-term hires, and that's why we work hard to place talent in an environment where they can thrive. All shortlisted candidates complete a proprietary Strengths Profile to assist in getting the most out of interview processes and assessing team fit.
