Our work builds a future where there are open, kind and fair interactions, for all. Whether you give, or receive, public services.

Spark the Difference helps public service leaders bring clarity to complex systems. We work at the intersection of lived experience, rigorous analysis and change management to help translate insight into confident decisions and practical change.

Our approach combines three areas of expertise:
1.	Lived experience and co-production: bringing together insights across communities, professionals and system leaders
2.	Rigorous analysis: enabling strategic insight and system redesign
3.	Change management and capability-building: supporting organisations to translate insight and pilot programmes into sustainable change
