Hela Tsur

Hela Tsur has extensive work experience in the financial sector. Hela started their career at EY in 2014, where they worked as a Senior Accountant in the Hi-Tech & Life Sciences department until 2017. In this role, they managed multiple engagements simultaneously, prepared corporate tax returns, and led financial, accounting, and tax support in financing transactions. Hela also performed annual financial statement audits and reviewed SEC clients.

Afterwards, Hela joined Clalit Innovation in 2020 as a Finance Manager, where they worked until 2022. Hela then moved on to SparkBeyond, where they currently serve as the Global Controller. In this role, Hela leads the closing process for four global subsidiaries and the parent company, manages billing and collections globally, and implements and maintains internal controls for financial records. Hela also provides management reporting packages and acts as a subject matter expert on accounting and revenue recognition.

Throughout their career, Hela has gained expertise in US-GAAP, Israeli GAAP, and IFRS. Hela has experience working with SaaS, Hardware, and AdTech companies, including start-ups, private, and public companies. Additionally, they have demonstrated leadership skills by managing and mentoring teams.

Hela Tsur obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they studied from 2009 to 2012. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The College of Management Academic Studies, where they attended from 2014 to 2015.
