Michael Humphries is the Chairperson and CEO of SparkEffect, a governance and leadership services firm based in Seattle. With extensive experience in general management, consultancy, and philanthropic governance, Michael has dedicated their career to helping organizations achieve their full potential through effective talent management and organizational transformation. Prior to leading SparkEffect, they served as CEO of Pacific Financial Holdings and held various executive roles at Waldron, Manufacturers Hanover Trust, Rainier Bank, and Bank of America. Michael earned an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University and a B.A. in Political Science and Journalism from the University of Washington.
