Currently, Paulette serves as a Career Consultant and Workplace Wellness Coach at Probus Transition Coaching and Lyra Health, respectively, helping clients navigate career transitions and achieve work-life balance. Paulette previously held roles as a Financial Analyst at General Electric and as a Recruiter in executive search for high technology companies. An alumnus of the Coaches Training Institute, Paulette also has a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
