Nikhil Shekhar

Nikhil Shekhar has a strong background in technology and data innovation. Nikhil is currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Sparkflows | Innovate with Data since May 2022. Prior to their current role, Nikhil worked at H2O.ai from 2016 to 2022, where they held multiple positions. As a Senior Software/Machine Learning Engineer, they were responsible for building MLOps and designing Microservices. Nikhil also developed multiple modules of DriverlessAI as a Software/Machine Learning Engineer. Before joining H2O.ai, Nikhil gained experience as a Data Science Intern at the company. Additionally, they served as a Senior Big Data Developer at Impetus from 2014 to 2015, and as a Big Data Developer at Cognizant (Center of Excellence) from 2012 to 2014. Nikhil'srole at Cognizant involved building Big Data lakes for financial and retail customers, developing rule-based anomaly detection, anti-money laundering solutions, and creating data pipelines for probabilistic use cases. Before that, Nikhil worked as a Software Developer at Infosys (Product Engineering and Development) from 2009 to 2012. Overall, Nikhil Shekhar has consistently demonstrated their expertise in technology and data-driven solutions throughout their career.

Nikhil Shekhar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, BANGALORE from 2005 to 2009. Nikhil then pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Engineering specializing in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from the University at Buffalo from 2015 to 2017.
