Matt Bosch has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Matt began their career as an Engineering Co-op at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in 2007. In 2010, they joined Accenture as a Consultant in Finance & Enterprise Performance, specializing in trading operations and working with utilities clients.
In 2014, Bosch transitioned to Opower, where they held roles such as Engagement Manager, Senior Engagement Manager, and Associate Director of Client Success. At Opower, they led a segment within the Client Success organization, managed a team of Account Managers, and set the segment strategy. Matt also took individual ownership of the success of strategic clients, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver Opower products.
Since 2017, Bosch has been working at Sparkfund, a financial technology company based in Washington, DC. Matt initially served as the Director of Partnerships, leading partnerships with major energy incumbents and expanding the company's products and services. Matt later became the Sr. Director of Business Development, where they led P&L for the Sparkfund partnership with a major energy provider and was responsible for b2b2c sales and overall partnership success. Bosch most recently held the role of VP of Partnerships, and currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Partnerships & Growth at Sparkfund, focused on driving growth and forming strategic partnerships.
Matt Bosch attended the University of Michigan from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Energy.
