Michael Kulas

Michael Kulas has a diverse work history spanning various industries. Michael started their career in the military, serving as a Battlefield Intelligence Collection Coordinator in the 1st Battalion, 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment. Michael then progressed to roles as an Executive Officer in Bravo Company, 3rd Special Troops Battalion and Bravo Co, 3BSTB, 82nd ABN DIV.

After their military service, Kulas worked as a Budget Analysis Division - Semester Associate at the Congressional Budget Office, where they prepared estimates on the impact of federal legislation on state, local, and tribal governments.

Michael then transitioned to Deloitte, where they held positions as a Summer Associate, Senior Consultant, and Manager. In these roles, they likely provided consulting services to clients in various industries.

Kulas also owned their own business, Rooftop Watts LLC, where they guided homeowners through the process of implementing clean energy solutions and sold solar panels.

Their most recent experience includes working at Sigora Solar as the National Sales Manager, where they developed and executed a market expansion strategy and led efforts to generate residential solar and energy efficiency upgrades.

Currently, Kulas is working at Sparkfund as the Senior Manager of Project Management & Delivery, and will soon transition to the role of Director in the same department.

Michael Kulas has a diverse education history. In 2005, they started their undergraduate studies at Xavier University, where they pursued an Honors Bachelors of Arts and Sciences degree with a focus on Philosophy, Politics, and the Public. Michael successfully completed their degree in 2009.

After gaining valuable work experience, Michael decided to further their education. In 2013, they enrolled at Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy to pursue a Master of Public Policy degree. Michael diligently studied until 2015, when they successfully earned their degree.

Seeking opportunities to enhance their expertise in clean energy, Michael then attended the Yale School of Management in 2019. Michael joined the Financing and Deploying Clean Energy Program offered by the Yale Center for Business and the Environment. Michael's time at Yale concluded in 2020.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Michael Kulas also obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2016. This certification demonstrates their knowledge and competence in project management.
