Swati Sharma has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Swati is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Sparkinity, a B2B marketplace aimed at providing technology and services to independent retailers and brands for business growth.

Prior to their current position, Swati was a Senior Lead at Zaha Hadid Design, where they played a crucial role in growing the company's revenues and establishing it as an internationally recognized retail brand. Swati was responsible for managing successful collaborations with renowned brands such as Bvlgari, Charlotte Olympia, and Lacoste.

Before joining Zaha Hadid Design, Swati worked as a Co-Founder at Dsigndot, an e-commerce startup that focused on bringing unique designs by emerging artists and designers directly to consumers. Within a short span of time, they raised angel funding, developed the product strategy, designed the website, and generated significant PR for the company.

Swati also has experience at Zaha Hadid Architects, where they initially worked as a Designer and then quickly moved up to become a key member of Zaha Hadid's core team. Swati was given the opportunity to lead and design the firm's first billion-dollar project in Dubai.

Throughout their career, Swati has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in design, marketing, and business development. Swati has successfully led teams, managed high-profile projects, and contributed to the growth and success of various companies in the retail, architecture, and e-commerce sectors.

Swati Sharma pursued their Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree in Design & Computation from the Architectural Association from 2004 to 2006.
