Maxim Kaplevich is the founder and CEO of SPARKLO, a clean-tech company reshaping how the world recycles through smart infrastructure and behavioral innovation. SPARKLO operates across 70+ regions in MENA, CIS, and APAC, using reverse vending machines powered by proprietary software and a gamified rewards platform to turn individual actions into measurable, collective impact. Prior to SPARKLO, they founded Junto (2016–2021), a software company specializing in high-complexity mobile and web development, AI/ML/DL, and UI/UX, with 100+ projects experience, and Ecoplatform, where they served as founder from 2019 to 2022. They earned a degree in Mathematical Methods of Economic Analysis from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2015.
