Louis Nicholls has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Co-Founder at SparkLoop since November 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Growth Consultant from March 2013 to May 2020, while being self-employed.

Louis also co-founded Gymhopper AG, a B2B SaaS startup, where they were responsible for product development, marketing, hiring, and international expansion. Louis played a crucial role in securing multiple funding rounds but stepped away from day-to-day operations in September 2018.

In 2017, Louis joined Avrios as a Platform and Growth specialist, where they established a channel sales and partnership strategy. Louis brought a high degree of autonomy and collaborated closely with various internal teams.

Before that, Louis co-founded Wiggles.ch, an ecommerce jewelry business, and successfully grew it into a profitable brand. Louis was accountable for growth via digital channels, referrals, influencers, and technical aspects of the ecommerce platform.

Earlier in their career, Louis worked at Hobtime, a social planning startup, focusing on product improvement, finding a product/market fit, and setting up growth channels. Louis also gained experience in marketing and sales consulting at Fleet, assisting a high-tech hardware company in launching their flagship product.

Additionally, Louis held a leadership position at AIESEC in Switzerland, leading the organizing committee for the Emerge Conference in 2012 as the Head of Speakers.

Louis Nicholls attended the University of St.Gallen from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics and Business Administration. In addition, they obtained a certification in German Language European Level C2 in April 2011.
