Mark Hormann

Mark Hormann serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Sentient Energy since May 2024 and is a Managing Partner at Accurant International, LLC, focusing on investments and advisory in growth-stage energy and climate technology companies. Additionally, Mark holds board positions at 60Hertz Energy and FlexCharging, while serving as a board observer at SparkMeter. Previously, Mark was the Vice President of US Sales at Opus One Solutions Energy Corp., where responsibilities included go-to-market strategy and sales prior to the company's acquisition by GE. Mark's experience also includes roles at Varentec, eMeter Corporation, Siemens Energy, and Manitoba Hydro, with expertise in sales, strategy, and operational integration across various energy technologies. Mark holds an MBA with honors from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba.
