Bill Rickrode

Bill Rickrode is an experienced professional who has held various technical roles in different companies since 2009. With an Associate's Degree in Computer Systems Specialist from YTI Career Institute, Bill has worked in positions ranging from part-time technician to implementation manager. Prior to joining SparkNav in 2014, Bill gained experience in companies such as Snyder's-Lance, Inc., 911 Nerds, and Computer Connections in roles related to desktop support, computer technical support, and infrastructure engineering.
