Toby A.

Toby A. has a diverse work experience across various companies and roles. Toby started their career as an Intern in the Life Safety department at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. in 2008. Later that year, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Systems Engineer, where they worked on HR applications and developed performance management tools and project management reporting solutions.

In 2012, Toby worked as an HRIS Intern at the United Nations, where they assisted in publishing workforce planning reports and budgeting data for over 70 bureaus in the UN System. Toby also contributed to discussions on biases in recruitment decisions.

From 2014 to 2014, Toby worked at Halogen Software as a Talent Management Consultant, assisting clients with post-implementation HR matters and leveraging their HRIS investments. In 2015, they joined Ceridian as an Associate Implementation Consultant, leading requirements-gathering sessions for clients and implementing various HR modules and processes.

Most recently, Toby has been working at Sparkrock since 2019. Toby started as an Application Consultant in the Workforce Solutions team and later became a Senior Consultant. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead, HR & Payroll Solutions, where they lead a team in providing HR and payroll solutions to clients.

Throughout their career, Toby has showcased competencies in professional services, cloud applications implementation, and learning facilitation.

Toby A. earned a Diploma in User Experience Design from BrainStation in 2018. Prior to that, they attended McGill University from 2011 to 2013 and graduated with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Global Leadership and Strategy. Toby obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2008. Toby also briefly studied French Language and Literature at College Platon in 2013.
