Melanie Coombs is a Release Manager at Sparksoft Corporation since January 2022, bringing extensive experience in the field. Previously, Melanie served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Pragmatics, Inc. from September 2015 to January 2022. Melanie has also held the roles of Release Manager/Coordinator and Business Analyst/Technical Writer at QSSI between February 2012 and September 2015, and worked as a Grievance Specialist at Cigna-HealthSpring from 2007 until February 2012. Currently, Melanie is pursuing education at Goucher College, which began in 2009.
