Mike Finkel

I have made my career in the IT field for the past 20yrs, more than 15yrs of that has been managing the delivery of complex technical solutions. At Sparksoft I am a driving member of the leadership team, and am responsible for a number of programs under our business portfolio. In my role, I define strategy, business and technical plans, lead development and implementation of end-to-end solutions, and manage delivery processes and financial status of programs under my preview.

Throughout my management career I have taken the lead in the delivery of multiple key Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) initiatives, such as the Health Insurance Marketplace. This includes the Marketplace Advisor Systems Integrator (MASI) contract, Data Services Hub (DSH), Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) Testing, and other CMS Healthcare.gov contracts.
