Stephen Willingham

Stephen Willingham, CSM, serves as the Chief of Staff at Sparksoft Corporation since April 2019. Previously, Stephen held multiple roles at QSSI from July 2011 to April 2019, including Project Manager and Software Configuration Specialist. An early career experience includes an internship at Health & Human Services, CMS in 2010. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Messiah University, where studies were completed from 2007 to 2011. Prior education includes attending South Carroll High School from 2004 to 2007.
