Ozlem Sarioglu, MTP, PCC, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in coaching and corporate relations. As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of SparkUs since August 2011, Sarioglu has been instrumental in creating a Digital Coaching Platform that enhances workforce engagement and development. Involvement with the Forbes Coaches Council as an official member since January 2021 highlights Sarioglu's recognition as a leader in the coaching industry.
