Vicdan Merter, CPCC, PCC, ACTC, is an experienced coach and HR professional with a robust background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Coach at Sparrks and a Business Coach at Speexx since 2023, Vicdan also holds positions as a Fellow Coach at BetterUp, Leadership Coach at SparkUs, and Coach Trainer & Mentor at the Jungian Coaching School - International. As a co-founder of Coachathlon, Vicdan leads a consultancy focused on personal and organizational development. Prior HR leadership roles include Human Resources Director at Imperial Tobacco Turkey, Human Resources Manager at SYKES Istanbul, Bestfoods, and DOGAN BURDA RIZZOLI, contributing extensively to HR functions across these organizations. Vicdan's educational qualifications include a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Yildiz Technical University, an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Marmara, and an Advanced Certificate in English from Reading College of Technology.
