Ethan Spurling

Ethan Spurling is the Vice President of Policy and Government Relations at SparkWheel, where they develop and manage strategies to enhance relationships with key stakeholders and promote the agency's mission. Previously, they served as the Director of Government Affairs for the Kansas Department of Revenue, where they represented the department on legislative matters and advised leadership on policy impacts. Ethan’s early career included roles as a City Councilman in Frontenac, KS, and a Regional Field Organizer for the Kansas Democratic Party. They earned a bachelor's degree in political science and international affairs from Pittsburg State University.
