Steve Bertone

Steve Bertone has over thirty-eight years of leadership experience in the marine construction and mechanical service industries. They held various roles at J Ray McDermott, including Vice President of Marine Operations and General Manager of Worldwide Marine, where they were responsible for integrating marine operations and overseeing global best practices. In a brief tenure at Sparrows Group, they served as Senior Vice President for the Americas, focusing on establishing partnerships and expanding markets. Steve studied at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, earning both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. Currently retired, they enjoy golf and mentoring students in robotics and other pursuits.
