Fund Placement
Spartan Advisors partners with the world's leading fund managers to assist with their fund capital requirements. Our focus is on superior execution and an unrivaled distribution capability that spans continents. Rigor, integrity and performance underpin all that we do and drive our relentless commitment to results.

As we invest a substantial amount of capital in all of our clients, our underwriting process shares parallels with that of a fund of funds. Ergo, our LP relationships are built on a mutual trust that we are more than a sell side advisor, but a partner with the highest alignment of interests.

M&A Advisory and Coinvestments
With a deep network of relationships across the globe, Spartan Advisors is constantly in the flow of private markets deals. As a result we are well positioned on the information curve and use this to our clients' advantage.

The expert team at Spartan Advisors is able to advise, execute and deliver on transactions across the capital stack. We know everybody from the lower middle market managers wishing to sell a portfolio company, to the larger sponsors looking to make add-on acquisitions, to the LPs seeking co-investments, and the managers offering them, right through to which debt managers want to finance which tranches.

Our advisory business works like a boutique sponsors coverage team inside an investment bank, but with superior information, and access to market participants. Furthermore, with a commitment to invest in every deal we advise on, Spartan Advisors operates with the alignment of a merchant bank.
