Spartan Chamber is a functional fitness facility and gym designed by a Royal Marines Commando to help facilitate an enjoyable yet highly effective method of training. We work with our members making sure they can follow specially designed programmes that firstly they understand and secondly bring the results they deserve.

The facility is for anyone wanting to make a change, whether that’s physically, mentally or both. It doesn’t matter if you are an elite athlete, body builder, man, woman, you’re retired or never been to the gym before. If you want to train then we want to train you.

The theory is simple, surround yourself with like-minded passionate people in a positive environment full of knowledge and watch yourself excel. Whether its weight loss, training for an event, holiday on the horizon or you just want to look and feel good, Spartan Chamber is waiting for you!
