Spartan Directional – "Because Experience Matters" is a full-service Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) company with over 75 years of combined experience in the HDD and construction industry. HDD is a trenchless method used to install underground pipelines, conduits, and cables with minimal surface disruption.

We serve both the oil and gas industry and the utility construction sector, including water, sewer, and fiber optic infrastructure.

Spartan operates a powerful fleet of drilling equipment, including one 1,000,000-lb rig, four 440,000-lb rigs, and two 140,000-lb rigs, enabling us to take on projects of all sizes and complexities. Our specialized equipment and experienced team allow us to oversee and execute multiple large-scale projects simultaneously—safely, efficiently, and with precision.
