Tapas Chatterjee.

Tapas Chatterjee has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Tapas currently holds the position of President - Human Resources at QUADRIFIC MEDIA PVT LTD since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Lead - Human Resources at Auxilo Finserve Private Limited from July 2017 to March 2022. At Auxilo, Tapas was instrumental in drafting HR policies, compensation benchmarking, and HR digitalization in a startup environment.

Before joining Auxilo, Tapas worked as the Associate Vice President, Head Human Resources at Narnolia Financial Services Ltd. in the year 2016. Tapas also served as the Human Capital Business Partner, Regional Head at Jana Small Finance Bank from December 2015 to September 2016, overseeing HR business partnering responsibilities for a region with around 1000 employees.

Following this, they obtained an MSc. in Hospitality Management with a specialization in Human Resources Development from the Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology, and Applied Nutrition in Mumbai between 2004 and 2006.

In terms of additional certifications, Tapas Chatterjee completed a Fellowship in Strategic Human Resource Management & Organizational Development from the Carlton Advanced Management Institute in May 2020. Tapas also obtained certifications in Succession Planning from LinkedIn in April 2020. In 2019, Tapas earned the title of Certified HR Business Partner, Certified OD Intervention Professional, Certified Organizational Development Analyst, Certified Performance & Competency Developer, and Certified Talent Management Analyst from Middle Earth HR.
