Dwayne A. Rodgers

Dwayne A. Rodgers is an experienced Quality Manager at PolyOne/Spartech since February 2014, following a role as Production Supervisor from 2011 to 2014. With a background in various manufacturing and production supervisory positions at G&K Services, Magna Power-Train, MiTech Metals, and BorgWarner Inc., Dwayne has demonstrated expertise in operations management, quality assurance, and team leadership. Notable accomplishments include supervising large teams, conducting safety audits, and implementing AS 9100 standards at MiTech Metals, where a significant reduction in backlog orders was achieved. Dwayne holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Technology from Ball State University and has undergone additional training in supply chain management. Dwayne's early career included service in the U.S. Army Reserves and training as a Pharmacy Technician.
