Scott Hess

Scott Hess is an experienced Plant Manager with a strong background in manufacturing and operations management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Spartech LLC since January 2023, Scott previously held various leadership roles at Berry Global, Inc., including Plant Manager - Director and Plant Manager from March 2002 to June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Intesys Technologies, Textron, and Intesys, and as Business Unit Manager at The Tech Group. Scott Hess holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Brigham Young University and an Associate of Science in Mechanical Drafting and CAD from Glendale Community College.
