David Conlan is an experienced Technical Maintenance Manager at Sparton since May 2017, with a notable career in the US Navy spanning from January 1997 to March 2017. During military service, David held various roles including Senior Enlisted Advisor/Comptroller, where management of enlisted policy and project timelines for a team of 48 personnel was key.
