Jason Flynt is an experienced contracts management professional with a robust background in leading contract operations within the defense industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Contracts at Sparton, Jason oversees a team responsible for managing over $290 million in annual awards across multiple business units. Previously, Jason held various roles at Northrop Grumman, including Contracts Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing a $200 million recompete proposal and a $1 billion contract value across different operational units. Jason's early career includes legal roles such as Lead Counsel at Barry University's Collaborative Law Clinic and internships with the U.S. House of Representatives and the United States Senate, focusing on veteran assistance. Jason holds a Juris Doctor from Barry University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Film from the University of Central Florida.
