Michael Weekes

Michael Weekes is an experienced professional in the fields of software quality engineering and business process improvement. Currently serving as a Software Quality Engineer III at Sparton since January 2022, Michael previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Gome LLC from September 2015 to October 2021, where responsibilities included the design and construction of Tiny Home Net Zero Communities and the patenting of the SANE home system. Prior to that, Michael worked as a Business Process Improvement Consultant at Whataboutquality LLC from January 2005 to July 2015. Michael holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo, where studies focused on quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
