Rus Cook has extensive experience in program management and executive leadership within the defense industry. Currently serving as VP of Program Execution at Sparton since December 2024, Rus previously held several key positions at Leidos from June 2004 to December 2024, including VP Program Director in the Defense System Sector and VP Dynetics Programs Director. Additionally, Rus worked as a Senior Program Manager at both Leidos and Dynetics, Inc., where the role of Vice President and Division Manager was also held. Rus holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the United States Air Force Academy and an MBA in Finance from Auburn University at Montgomery.
